GEORGE HOWARD G. AND THE WILLIKERS

GEORGE HOWARD G. AND THE WILLIKERS

Former SOUL BOX Frontman Returns to the Stage

ARMED WITH A NEW BAND AND A NEW SOUND

The Fallout Shelter - 61 Endicott Street, Norwood, MA, 02062

Long considered by many to be one of the best front men and best performers in this region, George Howard returns to the stage for the first time since the seminal band SOUL BOX disbanded nearly two years ago. Soul Box was one of the best bands in the area and they performed several memorable times at the Fallout Shelter to a packed house. We are proud, honored and stoked that he has chosen the Fallout Shelter to debut this new band!

George returns now with his new band G. And The Willikers and it's by HIS request that he introduce this new band to the world at his favorite venue, The Fallout Shelter.
The band features
Paul Chase on bass
Rick Crowell on drums
Dylan O’Neil on guitar
As George Howard is prone to do, this band bends genre defying music into a unique sound all their own. They have their own new originals and currently are not performing any Soul Box songs. This band is funky, rock infused, reggae overtoned at times but always unpredictably brilliant behind one of the most gifted performers we've seen. Bass player Paul was the original bass player from Soul Box and was on the first self titled CD. He also plays in other projects like Uncle John’s Banjo and Bazookafoot. Dylan the guitarist also plays for Gracie Grace and All the Good Boys and Black Strut. Rick the drummer also plays in Wolf Tree and Birch Swart band. It's sure to be tight and entertaining...we can guarantee that!

The Fallout Shelter is an all ages performance venue welcoming worldwide, world class music in an intimate setting. Our studio audience attends to watch the creation and production of the music television series The Extended Play Sessions. The Fallout Shelter events are immersive experiences for both audience and performers alike...a live music experience like no other. We are fully ADA compliant and have wheelchair access. We have a wide selection of beer and wine for your adult beverage pleasures and each show comes with a free commemorative event poster. Our doors open at 6PM. Seating is General Admission. We recommend you arrive at the time the doors open.
