THE DAVE LIMINA BAND

Dave Limina has graced the Fallout Shelter stage on numerous occasions and needs no introduction to the Fallout Shelter faithful that have seen him with luminaries Darrel Nulisch, Curtis Salgado, Diane Blue and many others. He is a master piano and Hammond organ player and while we have seen him several times backing great artists we are pleased to welcome him as a "Bandleader" for the first time as he brings an All-Star cast for the release event for his new solo album.

Dave Limina has been wildly passionate for deep soul music since his parents sat him down at the family upright piano at five years old. Upon discovering the sonic treasures of a Hammond organ in his Buffalo, NY high school band room his musical path became certain.

Since then he performs and records with jazz, blues, funk and soul artists from around the world including a 25 year stint with the award winning Ronnie Earl & the Broadcasters, Redtenbacher’s Funkestra, Mighty Sam McClain, BB King, RL Burnside, Joey DeFrancesco, Scott Hamilton, Chuck Berry and many more. As a long time educator and piano department Chair at Berklee College of Music he has shared his musical knowledge and passion with thousands of students.

Inspired by decades of performing and educating Dave is now forging a path as a solo artist by utilizing his vast experience and musical voice.

The Fallout Shelter is an all ages performance venue welcoming worldwide, world class music in an intimate setting. Our studio audience attends to watch the creation and production of the music television series The Extended Play Sessions. The Fallout Shelter events are immersive experiences for both audience and performers alike...a live music experience like no other. We are fully ADA compliant and have wheelchair access. We have a wide selection of beer and wine for your adult beverage pleasures and each show comes with a free commemorative event poster. Our doors open at 6PM. Seating is General Admission. We recommend you arrive at the time the doors open.
